When you call Kitty Meow Meow, we arrange for a free visit to your home to:

	Meet you and your pets
	Get detailed information about caring for your pets and your home
	Familiarize ourselves with your home and pet routine
	Get a veterinary release signature
	Complete a service agreement and determine pricing
	Pick up a door key
	Answer any questions you might have concerning our services

During each visit to your home we will:

	Perform the service requested (ie: complete pet sit, dog walk etc.)
	Document in a journal our visits and the well-being of your pets
	Give your animals lots of love and attention
	Make sure your house is secure when we leave
	Provide a text, email or phone check-in if requested

Upon your return home, we ask that you:

	Notify us by phone or email; you can contact us at any hour
	Note it is our policy to continue services till contacted, for your pet's safety
	Fill out a short survey to let us know if you were happy with our services
